Hey guys!
I got a sweet DB exercise. I was messin around with Dick Demers' book about half a year ago, and I came up with something. I would draw it down, but I am way out of my mind at this current moment. I'll have to show you. It helped me "alot" with Double Bass endurence, and controling. Maybe I can. One sec.
(I don't know if the text para will let me do this correctly, I doubt it) But it's in triplets.
c--c--c--c-- (Cymbal, preferably Mienl, corny joke)
c---c-c---c- Left Bass (Or Right)
---c-c---c-c Right Bass (Or Left)
Add in snare, whatever way you want. I use Dick Demers' "No end to Control" though for the rest. It's sweet.
Like I said, it may not come out right... or just may be confusing. This is the best way I could write in online. I'll have to show you guys.
I showed it to Mr.D last year, and he loved it. he also was messing with the double bass ideas when I would go there, it was cool. This exercise helped me with hands to feet rolls. It's awesome! _________________
