I'm hoping that someone can tell me whats going on. I ordered a drum from the Drum Shop online on April 4th. I recieved an email confirming the order, along with a link that said it would let me track the shipment. When I click on the link, it says that the page cannont be found/does not exist. I have since emailed the drumshop, as well as called and left a message, but no one has contacted me to help me. I'm starting to become frustrated with the customer service that everyone else in this forum seems to rave about, but I have yet to see myself. Can anyone help me?
Thanks
As you and I had discussed on the phone-I never received notification via email. I don't know why, I sold the exact same drum yesterday and got notified. I shipped it yesterday as well.
Anyway, I got your phone call, and checked the order, and there it was. The drum is on the truck as we speak. I just left a message with you. Hope you enjoy iy, and sorry for the delay. There is always a ghost in the machine............
Shane,
Thanks for getting on the problem so quickly when I called. I understand that things get missed, and I apologize for being so dissappointed, I was a little worried when things didn't line up, but I can say, that whenever I've had a problem with a shop, nothing was done as fast as it was with the Drum Shop. I'll be sure and look here first when I need to order something in the future!

I recieved Smitty yesterday. When I went to tune it up today, I noticed a lot of spots on the rims, and a calcium/dried bleach like powder on the rims of the heads. The spots on the gold rims won't rub off, almost like a rust. Is there anything I need or can do?
